The conclusion of the activities introducing the creativity and innovation system at the Foundation’s headquarters

 

The Creativity and Innovation Committee of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation concluded the activities of introducing the creativity program at the Foundation’s headquarters.

As during the closing event, the General Administration of Planning, Statistics, Accounts, Auditing, Procurement, Services, Equipment, and Secretarial was introduced to the creativity and innovation system that corresponds to the path of the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state, which aims to encourage the development of human resources in the fields of creativity and innovation.

Where the Chairman of the Creativity Committee spoke about the definition of creativity and innovation terms and objectives that would set the institution’s creativity and innovation system.

The members of the committee also talked about the mechanism of dealing with ideas and proposals received from the creators of the institution and how to transform them from creative ideas to implementation plans in order to ensure maximum benefit from the creativity and innovations of employees to achieve the desired goals of establishing the committee and the standards adopted by the Creativity and Innovation Committee from the clarity of the idea The resulting feasibility, property rights and incentives for the production and production of ideas and creativity.
