UNICEF cargo plane arrives at Sana’a Airport

A cargo plane belonging to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) arrived on Wednesday at Sana’a International Airport, carrying 86 tons of health and medical supplies.

The Boeing 747 jumbo cargo aircraft has received all air navigation services in force at the international airports in accordance with the terms and requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The flight crew praised the level of ground and air navigation services provided by Sana’a International Airport, confirming the airport’s technical and operational readiness.
