Mountain highlands: – Clear weather in general and relatively cold, during the night and early morning hours, with a slight and gradual rise in temperatures and cells of low clouds form in the afternoon on the Western Highlands and it is possible that water fog or fog will form on parts of the slopes Jabaliya for the governorates (Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Rima, Ibb and Taiz).
Coastal areas: – Clear weather to partly cloudy, and moderate winds activate at times, causing dust and sand, reaching a maximum speed of 28 knots, especially on the southern parts of the western coasts and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.
Desert areas: – Cloudless skies, dry and relatively cold weather at night, and sunny during the day, and winds are light to moderate speed.
Socotra Archipelago: – Clear weather to partly cloudy in general, and northeasterly moderate winds brisk at times with speeds ranging between 08 to 16 knots.

* Citizens, especially the elderly and children in the mountainous heights, of the relatively cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
* The brothers, fishermen and sea-goers, due to high waves and sea turbulence, especially on the southern parts of the western coasts and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.
