Y R S P C participates in the massive protest in Hodeidah to denounce the continued US blockade of fuel ships

 

The leadership, employees and workers of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation participated, Wednesday, 5/26/2021 AD in the massive protest organized by the local authority and all service sectors in Al Hodeidah Governorate condemning the continuation of the maritime piracy and the detention of the US-Saudi aggression coalition of ships of oil derivatives and preventing their entry to the port of Hodeidah under the slogan “America is besieging the Yemeni people.”

In the stand in which the Vice President of the Corporation, Eng. Yahya Abbas Sharaf al-Din, and the directors of the departments, condemned the leadership and staff of the corporation, the aggression’s continued detention of oil derivative ships, due to its disastrous repercussions on various walks of life.

The participants in the stand emphasized that the conspiracy against the Yemeni people had dropped the masks of the puppet regimes and rushed to normalize with America and Israel.

They pointed out that the dangerous juncture and the current stage in the history of Yemen requires all of its people to close ranks and strengthen the factors of steadfastness in various fields.

The Vice President of the Foundation considered that the siege and piracy practiced by the forces of American aggression is inconsistent with all international and humanitarian laws and a crime that is added to the crimes of aggression against the Yemeni people.

Eng. Sharaf al-Din noted that the piracy practiced by the aggression countries with the aim of mixing the humanitarian file with the military and political files is blatant attempts to achieve their goals by occupying Yemeni lands and bringing the Yemeni people to their knees.

The Security Council, the United Nations and the US-led aggression coalition held the legal, moral and humanitarian responsibility for the repercussions of preventing the entry of oil derivatives.

At the same time, they demanded the immediate lifting of the blockade on the Corporation’s ports and the release of the detained ships and permission to enter them to alleviate the suffering of the population.

He called the free people of the world to stand by the Yemeni people and press for the release of fuel ships to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe following the suspension of vital service sectors
