Minister of Transport reviews mechanism of Ministry’s National Vision Projects Evaluation Committee’s work

Minister of Transport, Abdul Wahab Al-Durra, was briefed on the mechanism of work of the Evaluation Committee of the Technical Unit affiliated with the Presidency of the Republic, which is charged with evaluating the Ministry’s national vision projects ,its bodies and institutions for the second phase of the 1444-2021 plan.

Al-Durra heard from the head of the Committee, Abdul Rahman Al-Jabri, an explanation of the evaluation criteria supported by special models for projects, activities and programs in accordance with the directives and guidelines included in the national vision, and explanatory interventions from some heads , members of the main and subsidiary executive units.

Minister of Transport stressed the importance of transport projects in its various land, sea and air sectors for their role in stimulating the economic process.

He pointed out that the transport sector projects for the second phase of the National Vision Plan, a number of which were implemented at Sana’a International Airport and the ports of Hodeida, Saleef and Ras Issa, with self-financing, in addition to land transport.
