An expanded meeting was held at the Public Works and Roads sector building in Sana’a, chaired by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim, to discuss the progress of work and the level of completion of tasks and projects.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works Yahya Al-Sayani welcomed Minister Qahim’s return after a successful medical trip. He noted that the Minister had been constantly informed and following up on all the work and efforts taking place within the Ministry in various aspects, including strategic tasks. He had also been overseeing the integration process and supporting the discipline of the supervisory mechanism to avoid any problems.

He emphasized the importance of everyone’s cooperation, redoubling efforts, and accelerating the pace of work in completing the various tasks and projects assigned to the Ministry across its different sectors.

The Minister of Transport and Public Works expressed his gratitude to all the Ministry’s staff and employees, especially the Deputy Minister, for their camaraderie and dedication to performing their duties and responsibilities. During the meeting, which was attended by leaders and employees of the transport and public works sectors, he emphasized that everyone has been working as a unified team to ensure the success of various tasks and projects, including strategic matters related to the integration process, which receives the utmost attention to guarantee the achievement of its objectives.

Minister Qahim explained that the integration committee, chaired by the Deputy Minister, is making commendable efforts and operating according to sound principles in fulfilling its duties in a way that considers and serves the public interest.

He pointed out that steadfastness, resilience, and dedication in performing tasks and projects represent a crucial front that infuriates the enemy, who has targeted everything in the country, even targeting the government, in an attempt to paralyze institutions and disrupt citizens’ interests. However, their efforts have failed, and all their hopes have been dashed thanks to the awareness and resilience of the Yemeni people.
