Minister’s Speach

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, upon them be the best of blessings and the most complete peace. First of all, I am pleased to congratulate both the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, may God protect him, and our supreme political leadership represented by the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Mohammed al-Mashat, on starting to implement the radical changes that our great and steadfast people are looking forward to, and on launching and forming the government of change and construction, in which we have gained confidence to lead the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.

The launch of the ministry in its new form after the merger of the works of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Works and Roads previously to become the Ministry of Transport and Public Works represents a new step towards achieving the desired goals by adopting an integrated national strategy within the framework of the national vision to build a modern civil state and strive to put the house in order from the inside, as they say.And the collection of similar institutional activities with a single purpose to come out in a legal and institutional manner that contributes to strengthening the national economy and improving the quality of life for citizens by providing services in an improved and simplified manner than before, and this need comes in light of the continued aggression and stifling siege on our steadfast people since 2015 AD and still continues.

As we live in an era of rapid change, in which technology plays a pivotal role in our daily lives, the importance of this site comes as a window and a link between the Ministry and citizens to provide all the information and services you need, in addition to providing a variety of information that includes the Ministry’s news and the activities and events held by the Ministry.

In the coming period, we look forward to developing this site to keep pace with all the changes in the Ministry’s work and provide an interactive window for the business sector in a faster and easier way and to strive to gain the satisfaction of all subscribers to the Ministry’s public services in the Republic of Yemen.

Finally, we cannot forget in this regard our brothers in beloved and wounded Palestine and our brothers in steadfast Gaza, for whom we pray for a speedy deliverance and a decisive victory, God willing.
