A meeting at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works discusses the progress of charitable activities and the Ramadan program in Azal District

 

A meeting was held today in the capital, Sana’a, bringing together leaders from the Ministries of Transport and Public Works, Electricity, Energy and Water, and the Azal District, to discuss the mechanism for field visits to the district to monitor the implementation of charitable activities and projects, as well as the Ramadan program.

The meeting, which included the Deputy Ministers of Transport and Public Works, Yahya Al-Sayani, and Electricity, Energy and Water, Adel Bader, as well as the Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, Engineer Nabil Al-Haifi, Engineer Wadi’ Jahaf, and Engineer Ali Rajih, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil, addressed the role of the two ministries in supporting charitable kitchens and bakeries to provide meals for poor and needy families within Azal District, in addition to monitoring the implementation of the Ramadan program.

The meeting also included representatives from the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil, and the Ministry of Public Works, Engineer Nabil Al-Haifi, Engineer Wadi’ Jahaf, and Engineer Ali Rajih, as well as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil. During the meeting, the Deputy Ministers of Transport and Public Works, and Electricity and Water, emphasized the importance of working according to a unified and organized mechanism, and with a spirit of teamwork, in implementing Ramadan charitable activities and projects.

This begins with field visits to identify the needs of beneficiary families and raising awareness about the importance of reviving and participating in the Ramadan program.

They pointed to the importance of integrating roles and coordinating efforts between local authorities, executive offices, community leaders, the affluent, philanthropists, and members of the community to expand charitable and benevolent work and strengthen the spirit of social solidarity, in accordance with the directives of the Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.

Al-Sayani and Badr highlighted the importance of field visits to assess the conditions of impoverished families and work to meet their needs during the blessed month of Ramadan, in which God multiplies the reward for those who give charity, do good deeds, and strive in acts of charity and benevolence.

The meeting, attended by the heads of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami; the General Authority for Electrical Industries, Abdulghani Al-Madani; the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muayyad; and the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Arif Musleh, emphasized the importance of checking on the conditions of impoverished families, listening to the concerns of community members, and working to address them through cooperation among various entities, tribal leaders, and social figures.

It stressed the necessity of focusing on implementing cultural activities and enhancing awareness in all neighborhoods and districts of the directorate, ensuring the activation and implementation of the Ramadan program, and continuing mobilization efforts to strengthen resilience and raise readiness to confront the forces of arrogance and hegemony—America and Israel—and to raise awareness of the dangers of their actions in the region.

The meeting was attended by the directors of the General Electricity Corporation, Dr. Mishal Al-Rifi; the General Authority for Rural Electricity, Engineer Nabil Muharram; the director of Azal Directorate, Mohammed Al-Ghulaisi; the directorate’s mobilization officer, Abdullah Al-Bahiri; the social unit officer, Majid Al-Sadah; and the directors general of the Ministries of Transport and Public Works, Electricity, Energy, and Water, and their affiliated entities.
