Extensive Meeting Held with Al-Sayani and Bader to Follow Up on Ramadan Program Implementation in Azal District

 

An extensive meeting was held today in Azal District, Sana’a, bringing together the Deputy Ministers of Transport and Public Works, Yahya Al-Sayani, and Electricity, Energy, and Water, Adel Bader, to follow up on the implementation of the Ramadan program in the district.

The meeting, which was also attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water, Engineer Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil, the Chairman of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami, the Chairman of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mu’ayyad, the Director of Azal District, Mohammed Al-Ghulaisi, and district leaders and dignitaries, addressed the Ramadan activities and programs that have been implemented and those planned with the support of the Ministries of Transport and Public Works and Electricity and Water. These include the establishment of charitable kitchens and bakeries for poor and needy families within the district.

During the meeting, Al-Sayani and Bader emphasized the importance of expanding charitable work, mutual support, and compassion among members of the community, in line with the wise leadership’s directives to conduct field visits to assess the conditions of impoverished families and work to meet their needs during the holy month of Ramadan.

They stressed the importance of utilizing the days and nights of this blessed month to intensify charitable and benevolent activities, check on those in need, listen to community concerns, and address them through collective cooperation. They also emphasized the need to enhance cultural activities in the neighborhoods and districts of the directorate and to ensure the activation and implementation of the Ramadan program, particularly in mosques.

The Deputy Ministers of Transport and Public Works, and Electricity and Water, highlighted the necessity of focusing on mosques and urged everyone to attend the Ramadan program, whether in mosques or other gatherings.

The Deputy Ministers of Transport and Public Works, and Electricity, Energy, and Water, along with the attendees, participated in a Ramadan evening at the Prince Al-San’ani Mosque in the directorate, as part of the Ramadan program, and listened to lectures by the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi.

During the evening, which was attended by the director of Azal district, local, mobilization and executive leaders, and social figures in the district, the participants stressed the importance of reviving the nights of the holy month and being keen to increase remembrance and good deeds, in addition to giving, charity, and being aware of the religious responsibility towards the poor and needy.
