The meeting, attended by a number of officials from the public works and roads sectors, as well as tribal leaders and dignitaries from Raymah Governorate, reviewed the challenges facing the governorate due to its rugged mountainous terrain. During the meeting, the Minister of Transport and Public Works emphasized the ministry’s commitment to giving Raymah Governorate special attention, in accordance with the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council, in order to alleviate the suffering of the people of this resilient governorate. He indicated that the Ministry, through the Road Maintenance Fund and the General Authority for Roads, will study project priorities and the governorate’s urgent needs, particularly regarding routes that serve as vital arteries for remote districts and villages.
Minister Qahim emphasized the importance of community initiatives and popular contributions, which characterize the Rima Governorate. He affirmed that the integration of official and public efforts is the true key to achieving comprehensive development.
