A meeting at the Ministry of Transport stresses the importance of activating development guidelines and plans

A meeting at the Ministry of Transport , headed by the Undersecretary of the Maritime and Ports Affairs Sector, Captain Muhammad Ishaq, stressed the necessity of activating development plans to accompany the maritime transport sector in Yemeni ports.
The meeting, which included cadres from the Ministry’s Maritime Affairs and Ports Sector, pointed out the importance of creating a modern professional qualitative shift in the maritime transport industry, including the transition to the maritime single window system, in accordance with what was approved by the International Maritime Organization and the necessary procedures to accompany the improvement of performance development.
The meeting reviewed the sector’s work plan during 1445 AH and the revolutionary leadership’s directives in developing work, simplifying procedures, implementing national vision plans, and activating the sector’s policies towards Yemeni ports and maritime affairs.
The Undersecretary of the Maritime and Ports Affairs Sector stressed the importance of focusing on addressing the flow of goods and the smoothness of logistical supply between maritime and commercial agencies.
