Deputy Minister of Justice confirms keenness to settle complaints of affected citizens on the campus of Sana’a Airport

The Deputy Minister of Justice – Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Receiving Complaints and Redressing Those Affected at the Sana’a International Airport Campus – Dr.
Dr. Al-Wazir explained, in the meeting of the committee, which was held today in the presence of the Director General of the New Sana’a International Airport Project, Eng. Ashraf Bayrak, the head of the technical team in the Compensation Committee, Naji Salah, and the Director General of Properties in the General Authority for Survey and Land, Ibrahim Al-Mahdi, that it was agreed, In the presence of some citizens who own lands located in the southwestern side of the airport campus, to compensate the owners of the files of landowners in the southwestern side, which were previously delivered to the committee after completing its study and applying it to reality.
And he indicated that coordination had taken place between the Committee for Receiving Complaints and Redressing Those Affected at the Airport Campus, and the General Authority for Survey and Land through the Main Committee for Preserving the Sana’a International Airport Campus; To arrange and prepare the delivery of compensation to beneficiaries.
The Deputy Minister of Justice – the head of the sub-committee for receiving complaints – urged the affected citizens, who did not submit their files, to submit them quickly. To begin studying it and deciding the necessary compensation for it.. He reaffirmed that all efforts would be made, and the continuation of work to take the necessary measures to guarantee rights, provide justice to citizens, and guarantee their rights in addition to preserving the public interest, according to the available capabilities, and in accordance with the arrangements and standards that were determined by the main committee of the campus. Sana’a International Airport.
He also stressed the keenness of the President of the Supreme Political Council, and his interest in resolving the problems of citizens, and the speedy settlement of their cases, including those related to the campus of Sana’a Airport and the surrounding areas.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of Airport Security, Adnan Al-Jaboubi, Assistant Director of the New Sana’a International Airport Project, Muhammad Al-Maghrabi, and the representative of the Ministry of Finance, Muhammad Abu Ghanem.
