Dhamar: Cultural Event Held by Public Works, Transportation, and Youth Offices to Commemorate the Anniversary of the Cry

The Public Works, Youth and Sports Offices, along with the Dhamar branch of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, organized a cultural event today to commemorate the anniversary of the cry against the arrogant powers.

During the event, which was attended by Deputy Governor Mahmoud al-Jubain, Deputy Governor Mohammed Abdul-Razzaq emphasized that the cry represents a Quranic and progressive project launched to confront American and Israeli hegemony over the Yemeni people and the Arab and Islamic world in general.

He explained that the cry has contributed to fortifying society, breaking the cycle of fear and psychological defeat, and strengthening the spirit of pride and dignity. He pointed out that the enemies of the nation have striven with all their might to combat this slogan since its inception, due to its direct impact in exposing their plans and thwarting their conspiracies. He urged all parties to commemorate this anniversary, given its importance in raising societal awareness and reinforcing the values of resistance and confrontation against American and Zionist hegemony.

For his part, Faisal al-Hatifi, Director of the General Authority for Endowments, pointed out that the slogan of the “Cry” has imposed a new geopolitical reality that transcends the boundaries of time and place, transforming into a fighting doctrine that has altered the balance of power in the region after decades of American dominance.

He noted that the slogan launched by the martyr leader, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, has become a defensive strategy, a firm political and field stance, and a weapon that presents the nation with its only option: rallying behind the Quranic project as the guarantee for breaking American arrogance and achieving victory.

He affirmed that commemorating the anniversary of the “Cry” is a renewal of the pledge to remain steadfast on the path of the martyrs who sacrificed their blood in defense of the faith and in confronting projects of hegemony and domination. The Director of the Public Works Office, Engineer Mu’adh al-Shawkani, and the Director of the Land Transport Authority branch, Ibrahim al-Banous, reviewed the circumstances surrounding the launch of the slogan at the height of the American-Zionist aggression. They pointed out that the martyred leader acted out of faith and foresight, despite limited resources, to restore the nation’s confidence and ability to confront its enemies.

They explained that the nation needed the slogan to strengthen and empower it to face its enemies, considering it a comprehensive civilizational and revivalist project, and a practical embodiment of the doctrine of loyalty to God’s allies and disavowal of His enemies.

They indicated that the Quranic project has borne fruit in enhancing Yemeni capabilities and standing firm against American and Israeli threats, ultimately supporting the Palestinian cause and the Islamic Republic of Iran within the shared struggle for destiny.

They affirmed that the slogan has proven its boldness in confronting America and Israel, and that those who hold this stance are capable of forging the equations of victory and overcoming guardianship and hegemony. They noted that this anniversary comes as the Yemeni people are stronger and more empowered thanks to their adherence to the Quranic project and the path of faith.
