Hodeidah port Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation

the General Department of Technical Affairs at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation started a maintenance program for the “Hajja” tugboat at the home of sea pontoons in the port of Hodeidah.
The Director General of Technical Affairs at the Corporation, Eng. Ahmed Salem Abdullah, explained that the preventive maintenance of the Hajja boat comes within the periodic maintenance program for marine floats prepared by the administration.
He stressed that the launch will be maintained in accordance with the requirements of the international class to maintain its readiness and efficiency to carry out maneuvering, towing and marine pilot work.
He pointed out that the maintenance work for the floats is carried out by technical cadres from the administration and according to the available capabilities due to the siege and aggression, and preventing the entry of spare parts.
