The head of the Customs Authority, Eng. Adel Muraghm, inspected the progress of work in the customs of the port of Hodeidah and the customs of the Salif.

He was briefed on the damage to the customs infrastructure as a result of the aggression and the direct targeting of Hodeidah ports.

During the visit, the engineer, Murtamel, listened to the customers of the customs to an explanation about the damage that affected customs facilities, and the measures taken to address the effects of destruction and reduce its repercussions on the workflow and the services provided.

The head of the Authority also briefed at the customs performance level and the procedures followed in facilitating the movement of goods and flowing the basic commodity flow through the ports in a way that guarantees the coverage of the local market from these goods .. praising the efforts of customs cadres and their keenness to carry out their tasks to the fullest extent despite the difficult circumstances the country is going through.
