The Maritime Affairs Authority branch in Sana’a

Deputy Minister of Transport, Mohammed Al-Hashemi, was briefed on the progress of work in the branch of the General Authority for Maritime Affairs in Sana’a.
During the inspection visit, Al-Hashemi heard from the branch manager, Salah Al-Wazir, an explanation of the works, activities and achievements of the branch.
In addition, a meeting that included the Deputy Minister of Transport, the Minister of the Branch Director, and the head and members of the Executive Unit of the National Vision at the Ministry of Transport discussed the branch’s plan and projects included in the second phase of Vision 2022.
The meeting touched on the projects of the General Authority for Maritime Affairs, the difficulties it is facing and the damage it has suffered due to the aggression and blockade.
The Deputy Minister of Transport stressed activating the activities of the authority’s branch and mobilizing the available capabilities to implement development projects in accordance with the plans, stressing the ministry’s readiness to provide all aspects of the necessary support to accomplish the required tasks.
Al-Hashemi stressed the importance of coordination and setting priorities to accommodate important projects within the plans of the next phase of the authority and the national vision.
