Yemen Airways confirms not to recognize any board of directors that does not exercise its duties from Sana’a
The management of Yemen Airways, the head office in Sana’a, confirmed that it will not recognize any board of the company that does not exercise its business and functions from the capital, Sana’a.
“Any management of the company that does not exercise its work and functions from the main center in Sanaa is considered illegal and no decisions are considered as contrary to the laws, agreements and charters of establishing the company,” the company said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
The statement pointed out that the actual management of Yemen Airways is at the main center in the capital, Sana’a, which deals with all governorates impartially, professionally and without discrimination.
