A meeting chaired by Minister Qahim reviews the completion report of the Civil Aviation Authority plan
Today, a meeting at the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology headed by the Minister of Transport and Public Works, Mohamed Qahim, reviewed the mid -completion report of the authority’s work plan for the year 2024 AD.
The meeting, which included the Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works, Yahya Al -Siyani, and the authority’s agent, Aref Al -Ashram and assistant agents of the authority, discussed the achievement rate for each sector of projects, programs and activities approved in the plan in the field of civil aviation and meteorology.
He touched on the most important achievements at Sana’a International Airport, the meteorological sectors, the safety of aviation, the difficulties facing each sector, and the solutions necessary to complete more important projects.
At the meeting, the Minister of Transport and Public Works and his deputy, the international quality certificate “ISO 2015”, obtained by the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology represented in the Aviation Safety Sector for the second time, applied the quality management system after the investigation of all specific specifications and standards, which proves the extent of the authority’s application to international terms and specifications and specifications In the field of civil aviation safety.
