The Cabinet Commends the Decisions of the Leader of the Revolution and the Victories Achieved by the Axis of Jihad and Resistance

 

The Cabinet, in its meeting today chaired by Acting Prime Minister, Allamah Muftah, discussed a number of topics on its agenda, foremost among them the latest military and security developments.

The Cabinet commended the decisions of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in confronting the aggressive American-Zionist project against the peoples of the nation and their holy sites, and affirmed its full support for them.

It also commended the recent Yemeni military operations, which affirmed the unity of the battlefronts and continued readiness for future rounds, as well as the victories achieved by the Axis of Jihad and Resistance in Iran, Lebanon, and Iraq.

The Cabinet approved draft resolutions related to the development process, strengthening national resilience, continuing to confront the American-Saudi aggression and blockade, and mitigating their repercussions on living conditions and the economy.

The Council discussed the level of implementation of annual plans across all ministries and their affiliated units, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in accordance with the government’s work program and approved priorities to enhance performance levels and achieve desired goals and results.

It reviewed the performance reports of ministries during the past period, and the Acting Prime Minister urged Council members to ensure the continuous processing of transactions on a “one-to-one” basis, streamlining procedures to enable ministries to provide services to citizens quickly and easily.

The Government of Change and Construction, in its meeting, approved a draft resolution to declare the cities, sites, and archaeological areas in Al-Jawf Governorate as archaeological reserves, and directed the completion of the legal procedures for issuing the resolution.

The Cabinet affirmed its support for the health sector and the mechanisms to enhance the role of the Ministry of Health and Environment in providing medical and treatment services through various public and private health facilities, and the continuous improvement of the level and quality of these services.

It also reviewed the program for the events commemorating the anniversary of the “Scream in the Face of the Arrogant” for the year 1447 AH, and approved the launch of the events at both the central and local levels.

The Council listened to a briefing on the basic and secondary general certificate examinations for the year 1447 AH, and the efforts exerted by the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, the leadership in the Capital Secretariat and the governorates, and the educational staff in managing the examination process. The Council commended the efforts made to ensure the success of the examinations at all levels.

The Council also reviewed the activities and events of the summer centers and courses in the Capital Secretariat and the governorates for the year 1447 AH, praising the level of engagement and participation and their role in developing the talents of children and youth and building their positive, conscious personalities, engaged with the issues of their society, homeland, and nation.

The Cabinet listened to a briefing from the Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed Al-Atifi, on the military situation in light of recent developments.

Minister Al-Atifi affirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces are at a high level of readiness to confront any aggression against the Yemeni people. He explained that the recent round of conflict with the Zionist and American enemy demonstrated the unity of the battlefields and proved the effectiveness of the military operations of the axis of jihad and resistance against the Zionist and American enemy, and revealed the weakness and fragility of American bases in the region.

The council also listened to a briefing from Deputy Interior Minister Major General Abdul Majeed Al-Murtada on the security situation and the enemy’s methods of recruitment and enlistment, stressing the importance of awareness and vigilance regarding the enemy’s plans and confronting attempts to infiltrate and tamper with the security and stability of society.
