Continuing the activities of the Training of Trainers (TOT) training program in the field of integrity, transparency and anti-corruption

 

Within the framework of building the capabilities of the Ministry of Transport employees, the activities of the training course for training of trainers (TOT) in the field of integrity, transparency and anti-corruption are continuing. Yemeni Red Sea ports in Hodeidah city.

 

As the activities of the fourth day of the course continue, which focus in its training sessions on knowledge, skill and behavioral issues related to training needs and practical steps to assess those needs, analyze problems in the training work environment and develop solutions to them, as well as skills related to the trainer, his personality and the three levels of training recognized in the field of training as well as types Trainers and trainees, in addition to practical and practical activities related to the areas covered by the training sessions.

 

The activities of the training course were attended by Engineer / Yahya Abbas Sharaf al-Din, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, who in the course urged the participants to absorb the information, knowledge and skills they received during the training program and apply it on the ground in a way that contributes to the process of combating corruption, preventing it, drying its sources, as well as developing Their skills to be partners with the integrity system and the core of training in the field of integrity and anti-corruption and in Al Hudaydah Governorate.

 

Yesterday’s training sessions focused on the concept of corruption, its types, manifestations and dangerous effects on development, as well as conflict of interest in terms of concept, images and forms of conflict of interest, anti-corruption mechanisms and preventive measures against corruption.

 

The training sessions include many practical applications that the participants implement through working groups with the aim of providing them with the necessary skills and building their capabilities in dealing with corruption cases in accordance with the laws, regulations and systems in force.

 

It is worth noting that this training program implemented by the High Authority for Combating Corruption comes within the framework of the partnership between the Ministry of Transport and its institutions and bodies and the Supreme Anti-Corruption Commission to develop the capabilities and skills of the Ministry of Transport employees in the field of integrity and combating corruption within the framework of the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state
