The Chairman of the Board of Directors inspects the level of job discipline in Hodeidah Port

Sunday, 4/14/2024 AD, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, Mr. Zaid Ahmed Taha Al-Washli, inspected the level of job discipline in the port of Hodeidah following the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.

Al-Washli was briefed on the progress of work in the public administrations and facilities of Hodeidah Port on the first day of official working hours, and the mechanism for following up and implementing all the work and activities assigned to the work of Hodeidah Port.
He praised the level of discipline of the staff and workers at the port of Hodeidah and the extent of their care and commitment to working hours, carrying out tasks and improving performance, as well as the continued work of the assigned staff during the Eid holiday in performing their duty in the embodiment of the public interest.

Al-Washli stressed that the corporation’s leadership seeks to improve the level of services, develop mechanisms for completing tasks, speed up transactions related to unloading ships and transporting arriving goods, and find alternatives and solutions that ensure the smoothness and speed of implementing procedures.

The head of the corporation urged the leaders and employees to work in a team spirit, develop tasks and services, and improve the level of performance to advance the port’s areas of work, each in its location and specialization.
Stressing the need to redouble efforts to advance navigational and commercial activity in the corporation’s ports.

He was accompanied during the visit by the general directors of the Chairman of the Board of Directors’ office, Ali Al-Ansi, human resources, Ahmed Atta, procurement and warehouses, Ahmed Salem, financial affairs, Abdullah Harba, docks and squares, Ghamdan Muharram, deputy general director of the engineering department, Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Hay, director of the office of the vice chairman of the board, Ahmed Hatem, and a number of department directors.
