Training Workshop in Sana’a for Directors of Ministerial Offices and Follow-up Departments in Ministerial Offices

The Prime Minister’s Office organized a specialized training workshop today for directors of ministerial offices and follow-up departments in ministerial offices. The workshop focused on follow-up mechanisms using standardized office report templates, as part of efforts to enhance government performance efficiency and unify follow-up and evaluation methodologies.
The workshop aimed to enable 40 trainees to understand and apply the approved report templates, thereby contributing to improved output quality, increased discipline in preparing and submitting periodic reports, and enhanced accuracy of information provided to decision-makers.
Participants from various ministerial offices received practical training on report preparation mechanisms, performance indicators, and effective follow-up methods according to the frameworks adopted by the Prime Minister’s Office.
Workshop organizers explained that this step aligns with the Prime Minister’s Office’s directives to unify government work tools and achieve greater integration and coordination among entities, which will positively impact the implementation of public policies and the achievement of targeted results.
The workshop included practical sessions and open discussions, focusing on addressing the practical challenges facing follow-up departments, and providing practical solutions that contribute to improving efficiency.
