A meeting at the main center of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, which included the CEO of the Corporation, Captain Muhammad Abu Bakr bin Ishaq, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kamaran Company for Industry and Investment, Muhammad Ahmed Al-Dawla, discussed aspects related to strengthening cooperation with the company, and mechanisms and special procedures to provide more facilities for speedy release. The meeting, in the presence of the General Manager of Kamran Company, Dr. Muhammad Al-Madani, and the Director of the Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Branch, Ibrahim Ahmed, reviewed the company’s general activity, plans and programs during the current stage.

He also reviewed what has been achieved during the last period, and highlighted the difficulties facing the company as a result of the American aggression and blockade on Yemen for nine years.

The meeting emphasized the continuation of strengthening coordination and cooperation between the company and the sectors operating in the port to achieve benefit in the aspects agreed upon, in a way that will have a positive impact on the long term.

He praised the efforts made by the sectors operating in the port of Hodeidah and the management of the company in order to develop the level of its performance, implement its assigned tasks, and upgrade its work and activities, and what is in the service of the national economy.
