Ministry of Transport appreciates Al-Jouba – Al-Bayda – Marib city road opening

Ministry of Transport and the Land Transport Regulatory Authority appreciated the national and humanitarian stances of the local authority in Marib province in opening Al-Jouba – Al-Bayda – Marib City road to facilitate transportation and alleviate the suffering of citizens and travelers.

In a statement, the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), a copy of which was received, the Ministry and the Authority considered the announcement by the Governor of Marib, Ali Taaiman, of the opening of Al-Jouba – Al-Bayda – Marib city road as a step in the right direction and a demonstration of good faith and keenness to alleviate the suffering of citizens who suffered the woes of crossing rugged, long, and difficult roads safe, especially the Al-Jawf desert road

The statement stated that the Sana’a-Serwah-Marib road was opened as a first stage at the end of last February as a unilateral initiative with the aim of alleviating the suffering of citizens and expatriates… noting that the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council presented many initiatives to open the roads.

Ministry of Transport and the Land Transport Regulatory Authority called on the other party to demonstrate good faith by opening the road on their part to facilitate the movement of citizens , alleviate their suffering, and not to involve the road issue in political disputes.
