PM Commends Dhale people’s Development Community Initiative
Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor praised the community initiatives of the people of Dhale province and their active contribution to the development process.
This came during the meeting of the Prime Minister on Monday Minister of Transport Abdulwahab al-Durra and Acting Governor of Al Dhale Abdullatif Al-Shaghdari in the presence of the Minister of State Ahmed Al-Aliey and Member of the House of Representatives Dr. Ali Al-Zanam.
The meeting discussed the conditions of the province of Dhale and its urgent service and development needs, particularly in the areas of water, education and roads.
The meeting stressed the importance of expanding water projects in conjunction with the restoration of the Damt water project, as well as assigning and supporting community initiatives especially in the area of roads, including roads in the District of Al-Hasha, as well as the restoration of Al-Dhale University at the initiative of one of the province people.
The situation of stranded patients and humanitarian situations who were unable to return was addressed owing to the reduction in the number of flights arriving and departing through Sana’a International Airport and the reversal of the aggression coalition and its mercenary commitment to increase the number of flights and expand destinations to countries other than Jordan.
The meeting also touched upon the situation of the port of Hodeidah and the need for the United Nations to abolish the inspection mechanism in Djibouti this constitutes an obstacle to the access of materials to Hodeidah, an increase in transport costs, and the importance of reducing insurance for vessels arriving at the port of Hodeidah to reduce the burden incurred by citizens nine years ago due to aggression and economic blockade.
