A decision to establish the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support

Today, the President of the Supreme Political Council issued Decision No. (74) of 2020 establishing the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision-Making Support.

And the decision included (14) articles divided into four chapters:

Chapter One: Establishment and Definitions.

Chapter Two: Objectives, Tasks and Responsibilities.

Chapter Three: Center Management.

Chapter Four: General and Final Provisions.

The final article of the decision stipulated that it should be enforced from the date of its issuance and its publication in the Official Gazette
