Al-Junaid discusses the executive plan of the National Vision at the Ministry of Transport

The Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, Head of the Executive Office of the National Vision Administration, Ma mihmoud Al-Junaid, discussed with the Minister of Transport, Abdul Wahab Al-Durra, the executive plan for the national vision of the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated institutions and bodies.

The meeting, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Transport, Mohammed Al-Hashemi, touched on the priorities of the ministry’s work, especially those related to the national vision.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of the role played by the Ministry of Transport and its bodies and institutions during the current stage in light of the aggression and siege that the country has been subjected to for more than seven years in implementing the Ministry’s national vision plans and programs.

He praised the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Transport and its bodies and institutions to implement the national vision plans despite the conditions of the aggression and the siege targeting the capabilities of the Yemeni people, including the transport sector.

Al-Junaid pointed out the importance of strengthening institutional work, building and developing capacities, and sensing everyone’s sense of responsibility in the executive planning stage, which will facilitate the construction and implementation phase of the projects and plans of the national vision.

In turn, the Minister of Transport valued the efforts of the leadership of the Executive Office of the National Vision Administration in creating movement and interaction in various state institutions by supporting and assisting their bodies and institutions in preparing and implementing the national vision plans.

He reviewed the plans of the Ministry of Transport and the difficulties it faces as a result of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression’s direct targeting of infrastructure, including airports, ports, roads and bridges.. He pointed out that the ministry’s leadership, bodies and institutions are working to address difficulties to improve institutional performance and improve the services it provides to citizens.

Minister Al-Durra touched on the difficulties that the coalition of aggression put in the face of humanitarian flights and their insufficiency compared to the sick cases that need to travel to receive treatment abroad.

The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for the Air Transport Sector, Abdullah Al-Ansi, the President of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, Walid Al-Wadayi, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamran Muhammad Al-Dawla Company.
