Al-Wadi’i and Al-Naimi inspect the work of transport companies and offices in the capital, Sana’a

 

The head of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, Walid Abdullah Al-Wadi’i, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Guidance for the Hajj and Umrah Sector, Abdul Rahman Al-Naimi, inspected today the workflow of the land transport companies and offices in the capital, Sana’a, to supervise the grouping of Yemeni pilgrims.

Al-Wadai’i and Al-Naimi were briefed on the extent to which transport companies and offices are committed to the procedures and requirements required in grouping the pilgrims and providing services to them since their travel and arrival at the holy sites and their movement to perform Hajj and their return to the homeland.

The head of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority and the Undersecretary of the Hajj and Umrah Sector confirmed that the visit comes in implementation of the directives of the Supreme Political Council to supervise and follow up the process of grouping pilgrims and to overcome the difficulties facing their travel to perform the Hajj rituals and their safe return .

 

They urged companies and agencies to abide by the instructions and conditions that must be met to ensure the provision of better services to Yemeni pilgrims, and stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination between the ministry and the authority for the success of the promotion process.

Al-Naimi and Al-Wadi’i explained that the Ministry of Guidance and the Land Transport Affairs Authority will work to follow up the grouping and departure of pilgrims from the homeland and their arrival in the Holy Land to perform the rites of Hajj and Umrah, and work to receive any complaints, observations or difficulties they face through the authority’s toll-free number “8000007” to address them promptly
