Decree issued regulating coordination among supervisory agencies

The presidential decree No. 9 for 2020 was issued on Sunday approving the coordination mechanism for supervisory agencies and the public prosecution and the formation of a joint coordination unit.

The decree explained the mechanism and functions of the coordination unit to ensure the protection of public funds, stopping corruption in its all forms, finding solutions to prevent it, and reinforce the accountability procedures.

The decree shall be effective as from the date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
