Deputy Minister of Transport stresses the importance of qualitative training in the field of civil aviation

Deputy Minister of Transport, Mohammed Al-Hashemi, stressed the importance of training and qualitative qualification in rare specialties to develop technical and professional skills and capabilities in the field of civil aviation.

In A meeting with the leaders of the airports sector of the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority, Al Hashemi pointed out the importance of continuing rehabilitation to keep pace with developments in the airports sector, and in a way that contributes to enhancing and improving the level of providing air navigation services.

He urged redoubling efforts and focus on qualifying and training cadres, in line with the requirements of developing and modernizing the Republic’s airports, in accordance with international requirements and conditions and the International Civil Aviation Organization “ICAO”.

He also stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Transport to provide the necessary support to facilitate the work of the Civil Aviation Authority and Meteorology and its various sectors, and to overcome difficulties and challenges so that it can provide distinguished international navigation services.

The meeting, in the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary of the Civil Aviation Authority for the Airports Sector Yahya Al-Kahlani, directors of the airports sector, Amin Jamaan, fire and rescue Saleh Al-Ahjri and specialists in the sector, discussed the activities and programs of civil aviation within the national vision in the second phase of the current year, and ways to enhance and develop them.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Transport and the Assistant Undersecretary for the Airports Sector were briefed on the progress of work and the level of achievements achieved by the airports sector during the last period.

And they heard from the director of the airports sector an explanation of the progress of the sector’s work, the tasks entrusted to it and the challenges it faces, especially in light of the aggression and siege.

The Deputy Minister of Transport praised the efforts made in the airport sector and the level of providing technical and professional navigational services.
