Discussing mechanism for ships entering Hodeida & Saleef ports

A meeting at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation in Hodeida province, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Yasser Muhammad, discussed the mechanism for ships to enter Hodeidah and Saleef ports .

The meeting, which included Vice President of the Corporation Zaid Al-Washli, reviewed the movement of ships entering the draft and the berths of the ports of Hodeida and Saleef, which is carried out according to a precise and regular mechanism according to the time and date of arrival at the draft and around the clock.

Aspects related to increasing ship unloading rates and creating sufficient spaces for arriving goods were discussed, which contributes to providing greater capacity in the corporation’s ports.

At the meeting, Muhammad stressed the importance of concerted efforts by everyone to improve the navigational and commercial services of the Red Sea ports, in order to achieve the desired vision of developing the performance and work of the ports.

The meeting approved a number of measures that would enhance the entry process for ships and prioritize their docking at the docks of the ports of Hodeida and Saleef.
