Discussing the difficulties facing the branch of the Transport Authority in Sana’a

 

A meeting in Sana’a Governorate ,headed by the governorate’s deputy for the administrative units sector, Gobran Gobar, discussed the difficulties facing the branch of the General Authority for organizing Land Transport Affairs in the governorate.

The meeting, which included the director of the authority’s branch in the governorate, Ahmed Hajar, and the directors of Hamdan Munir al-Kibsi districts, Bani Hashish Rajeh al-Hanami and Bani Matar Abdul Qadir al-Mihdhar, reviewed the problems that hinder the transport work in organizing sorting and collecting fees for heavy and medium transportation.

He touched on the aspects of coordination between the branch of the Transport Authority and the leadership of the local authority in the districts to ensure addressing the current situation, preventing duplication and correcting imbalances.

They also discussed the preparation of an action plan to develop the level of performance in the field and a mechanism for collecting and developing the revenue vessels for land transport in the governorate in accordance with the regulation governing the collection of fees.

At the meeting, deputy Gober affirmed the support of the local authority and the governorate leadership for the efforts of the Transport Authority branch to ensure the improvement of its activity in the field… urging the directors of the directorates to contribute to addressing the problems facing the authority.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of Financial Resources at the Governorate Court, Abdo Kathir, the Director of the Tourism Office, Nasser Saber, the supervisor of the supervisory office in the Bani Matar Muta’a Directorate, and a number of directors of the branches of the Transport Authority in the districts.
