Equipping the building of the quarantine at Sanaa International Airport

Within the series of efforts exerted to confront the Corona virus and prevent its infiltration into the country, and within the framework of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Transport represented by the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology and the Ministry of Public Health and Population and related parties, the rehabilitation, maintenance and maintenance of the quarantine building located on the Sana’a International Airport campus was prepared, activated and strengthened by the medical staff and necessary health supplies In order to ensure that the precautionary precautions in force in international airports are taken, including equipping and activating the quarantine at the Sanaa airport, and setting up a medical clinic inside the airport terminal to subject all travelers traveling through it to a medical examination.
In order to strengthen the precautionary precautions to confront Corona, the Ministry of Transport and the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology at the beginning of last February directed international airports in the Republic of Yemen and airlines to raise health readiness and take emergency measures and measures in coordination with the Ministry of Health to prevent the entry of the Corona epidemic into the country and take the necessary precautions in airports through Examining travelers using health screening tools and any other methods for diagnosing the epidemic and tightening health procedures, especially for all travelers coming to Yemen.
Whereas, the General Aviation Authority prepared and produced a number of flyers, preventive advice, and important awareness guidelines that travelers should work with to avoid infection with the Corona virus or transmission of infection, and it was circulated to airlines and published on the official website and social media platforms of the Ministry of Transport and the authority.
