Inaugurating the work in the electronic window of the navigational agents in the Red Sea ports in Hodeidah

the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation inaugurated the work of the electronic window project for navigational agents through the official website of the Foundation.

During the inauguration, the head of the captain, Mohamed Ishaq, explained that the inauguration of the first phase of the window project will contribute to overcoming the procedures for the navigational agents, facilitating their transactions, the speed of completion and rid them before the arrival of ships loaded with goods.

He pointed to the institution’s vision of activating the work through the automated system to shorten the effort and time and overcome the stereotypes of procedures and complications in line with the requirements of navigation activity, and the introduction of modern technologies.

The captain, Isaac, praised the efforts of the Information Technology and Program Development Team in the completion of the first step of the electronic window project to overcome the transactions of navigation agents through the Red Sea ports.

While the IT and Program Development Teams reviewed the mechanism of working for the first phase of the window project, the nature of services that facilitate the agents, merchants and early notice before the arrival of ships and goods to raise the readiness of the ports to receive them.

They touched on the advantages and facilities that the Foundation will provide, and to reach the windows of the system easily to introduce polyps and notifications for the arrival of ships and their data and the type of goods it carries.

The inauguration was attended by the Executive Director of the Yemeni Authority for Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Sam, Sam Al -Bashiri, and the navigation agents who benefit from the project and the crew of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation.
