Ministry of Transport :-discusses the level of achievement and implementation of the national vision
Today’s meeting in Sana’a, chaired by Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami, discussed the level of implementation of projects, programs and activities of the National Vision according to the guidelines of the national vision of the Ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions.
The meeting, which was attended by The Chairman of CAMA- Dr. Mohammed Abdulkader, The Chairman of the General Authority for Land Transport Affairs, Walid Al-Wadaei, and the Head of the Executive Unit of the National Vision for the Transport Sector, Eng. Nazir Al-Dabai, reviewed the report of the main executive unit of the ministry on the evaluation, follow-up and achievement ratios at the level of each axis, and the challenges. The implementation process, success factors and results of preparing a strategic plan for the second phase of the 2021-2025 AD vision were faced.
The meeting touched on preparations for the implementation of an awareness program to combat corruption, to be implemented this week in the sectors of the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions in cooperation with the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption.
At the meeting, the Minister of Transport stressed the need to expedite the completion of the analysis of the current situation in the ministry and its sectors and agencies, within the specified dates and according to the approved forms.
He stressed the importance of redoubling and integrating efforts to implement the tasks assigned to the sectors in relation to the national vision.
The Minister Al-Shami urged coordination with the relevant ministries and authorities to ensure the implementation of joint projects included in the National Vision .. indicating that there are investment projects that are being implemented within the plan of the first phase of the National Vision.
While chiefs of Authorities and the Organization of Land Transport Affairs reviewed the activities and programs of investment projects and future plans that are currently being implemented and implemented within the framework of the first and second stages of the vision.
The meeting was attended by the CAMA’s Deputy Chairman- Mr. Raed Jabal and heads of the executive units of the authorities and institutions affiliated with the ministry
