Starting a course in the field of modern methods of human resource management in the port of Hodeidah

the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation started a training course in the field of modern methods of human resources management, organized by the Corporation’s Training and Qualification Department.
Over the course of a week, the course aims to provide 15 trainees from the cadres of the General Administration of Human Resources with modern scientific knowledge in the field of human resources management and to develop their skills on the latest administrative methods and patterns.
At the opening, the Director of Human Resources at the Corporation, Ahmed Atta, explained that the course comes within the framework of the Corporation’s plan to raise the efficiency of the performance and capabilities of human resource cadres according to modern methods of administrative work.
He pointed to the keenness of the Corporation’s leadership to qualify and train all employees and develop their expertise in various administrative, technical, marine and engineering fields, in a way that contributes to improving performance and improving outputs.
He urged the trainees to benefit from the course program, and to be keen to apply it in practice, in a way that enhances the advancement of their field of work and the speedy completion of tasks according to modern administrative systems.
