The Board of Directors of the Land Transport Authority discusses the Authority’s plans for the current year

The Board of Directors of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority discussed, in its fourth meeting today in Sana’a, headed by the Chairman of the Authority, Walid Al-Wadai, issues related to the development of the authority’s plans for the current year.

The meeting, which was attended by members of the board of directors from representatives of the concerned authorities, reviewed the plans, activities, programs and projects of the authority for the current year that contribute to the promotion and development of land transport fields in line with developments, meets the needs of the citizen and alleviates his suffering.

The meeting touched on the level of the electronic collection mechanism for means of transportation as one of the important alternatives that will constitute a qualitative leap in the collection of the authority’s resources, stressing the importance of working with it according to the directives of the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council to improve the collection process by making use of modern technology
