The Council of Ministers blessed the qualitative and consecutive victories of the heroes of the army, the people’s committees, and the volunteers two months ago, led by the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi, in the face of the aggressors and their mercenaries.

The Council commended the conscious national positions of the sheikhs and notables of the Al-Jawf tribes and their sons and their direct and influential support to the army, security and people’s committees in the battle to restore and liberate Al-Jawf Governorate from the hands of agents and mercenaries.

In this regard, he affirmed the National Salvation Government and the Supreme Political Council’s adherence to the Sweden agreement and their condemnation of the increasing escalation actions by the mercenary aggression and their violations of this agreement.

The Council highly appreciated the qualitative developments witnessed in Yemen’s defensive and offensive capabilities in the areas of missiles and drones and what was revealed by the martyr Abdulaziz Muharram exhibition of air defenses that was recently opened by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, during which a new group of ground-to-air defensive missiles was revealed on a road Securing the full skies of Yemen and stopping the hostile orgy of the enemy without returning it.

The Council also blessed the approval of the President of the Supreme Political Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, on the decision of the National Defense Council to grant promotions due to all employees of the military and security institutions, and instructed the Ministries of Defense and Interior to complete the necessary procedures.

The Council commended the results of the high-level government meeting on the multiple struggle against the Saudi-Emirati occupation in the occupied southern and eastern governorates, and the contents of the approved plan of important guidelines and initiatives that serve the field action in the struggle against the occupied politically, militarily, security and culturally.

He strongly condemned the practices of the occupation, its agents, mercenaries, and militias that are organized within the framework of the so-called security belts and the kidnappings and murders committed against citizens in Aden and the rest of the occupied governorates, other than continuing the forced displacement of the people of the northern and western governorates by the so-called transitional council .. condemning the security insecurity that Experiencing these repressive actions and violating Yemeni sovereignty carried out by the Saudi occupation state in Al-Mahrah Governorate.

The Council highly valued the attitudes of the free and skilled people and their daring to defend their conservatism and the sovereignty of the country by confronting the Saudi invader and working with all means to thwart its plans to control the eastern gate of Yemen.

The Council discussed a memorandum by the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Ahmed Daris, regarding the Somali government’s aggressions on the continental shelf of the Republic of Yemen by downloading illegal maps of the marine promotional sectors and creating new petroleum sectors in the Socotra Archipelago.

The Council condemned this unlawful act that exploits the conditions of aggression and war in Yemen and harms the brotherly and good-neighborly relations between the Yemeni and Somali peoples … stressing that the borders of the continental shelf of the Republic of Yemen are clear and copies of them are deposited with the United Nations and relevant international organizations.

He pointed out that any interaction, whatever its size or type, with this illegal act carried out by the Somali government by any international organization or company will expose it to international litigation, sooner or later.

The Council mandated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to address the maritime affairs of the United Nations and its Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, with these illegal violations that violate the sovereignty and the continental shelf of the Republic of Yemen.

He stressed the importance of activating the National Commission for the Continental Shelf and providing it with all the necessary requirements for the optimal performance of its vital tasks.

The Council condemned the Turkish aggression on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic and its blatant support for the extremist forces in Idlib, praising at the same time the return of the Syrian-Libyan fraternal relations through mutual understanding to reopen the headquarters of the diplomatic and consular missions between the two countries, which was launched in practice by reopening the Libyan embassy in Damascus.

The Council discussed the draft meteorological law submitted by the Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami, and formed a ministerial committee headed by the Minister of Transport, to review it from all sides and submit the results to a next meeting for final discussion and approval.

The draft law, which is located in 75 articles distributed among six chapters, includes naming and definitions, objectives and scope of application, organizing meteorological activities, meteorological services, penalties and general and final provisions, to improve meteorological activity in a way that reflects on the nature of the services it provides by keeping pace with the changes The rapid developments in this field, including climate changes and the accompanying disasters, which have become a direct threat.

The Council also discussed the initial report submitted by the Minister of Legal Affairs, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahaqri, on state issues, legal procedures and pleadings that the ministry and legal departments in ministries and government agencies undertake to defend these issues and protect public ownership.

The Council has taken a number of measures that are supportive and supportive of the efforts of the Ministry and the various ministries and relevant bodies in defending state cases through various legal means.
