The Civil Aviation Authority launches an awareness campaign to educate the traveling public about their rights

The General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology launched an awareness campaign to educate the traveling public about their rights and improve air transport services.

During the launch of the campaign, the Authority’s Undersecretary, Raed Taleb Jabal, stressed the authority’s keenness to educate and educate travelers about their legal rights during air travel.

He pointed out that the tasks of the authorities concerned with protecting users of air transport services are to communicate in the event any passenger encounters problems or difficulties, pointing out that the campaign will shed light on the general rights and duties of travelers when dealing with airlines and travel agencies.

For his part, Director of Air Transport at the authority, Dr. Mazen Ghanem, confirmed that the campaign aims to educate and protect the traveling public and facilitate their travel procedures.

He explained that the campaign will include awareness messages to enhance societal awareness of air travel procedures and laws through the authority’s official website, social media platforms, and television and radio channels.

Ghanem urged the public of travelers and travel and tourism agencies to see what is published by the authority’s media and to benefit from the campaign.
