The conclusion of a training course in the field of institutional performance evaluation skills

The course, organized by the Training and Rehabilitation Department in the General Administration of Human Resources, aimed for a week, to inform 15 trainees from all public departments in the institution, on the skills of institutional performance evaluation according to a systematic scientific foundations.

At the conclusion of the course, the Director General of Human Resources, Ahmed Atta, explained that the course is one of the advanced courses that targets in the first place the deputies of the general managers and directors of the departments of the institution, to qualify them in the field of institutional performance evaluation.

He pointed to the importance of applying the skills and acquaintances included in the course in practice to develop institutional work.

The participants in the session appreciated the efforts made by the higher administration of the institution and the human resources administration in developing the capabilities of employees and qualifying them in theory and practically.
