The conclusion of the third week of the training program in national strategic planning

Today in Sana’a, with the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, Mahmoud al-Junaid, the third week of the training program in national strategic planning for 55 trainees representing the fifth and sixth groups of leaders of the executive units and planning officials in a number of ministries.

In conclusion, in the presence of the ministers of local administration, Ali Al-Qaisi, Planning Abdulaziz Abdulaziz Al-Kamim, Industry Abdul Wahab Al-Durra, Endowments Naguib Al-Aji and Civil Service Idris Al-Sharjabi and Agriculture Eng. Abdul Malik Al-Thawr and Al-Dawla for Parliamentary and Shura Council Affairs Dr. Ali Abu Haliqa, Acting Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Ali and Dean of the National Institute for Administrative Sciences Dr. Muhammad Al-Khaled .. Al-Junaid stressed the need to complete the operational plans of the ministries because of their importance in determining the expenditures necessary to implement the first phased plan, according to the nature and type of initiatives and activities.

He pointed out that the outputs of the national strategic planning program, and the participants ’concepts, visions, and exchange of experiences and information, will facilitate the preparation of the second phase plan of the National Vision 2021-2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that all state institutions, through adopting the principle of strategic planning, have become more systematic, capable and persistent in implementing the first stage plan and achieving success and outstanding performance as a goal of the national vision.

Al-Junaid appreciated the interaction of the leaders of ministries, institutions, and heads of the executive units of the national vision, through strategic planning workshops and the preparation of sectoral plans and programs .. He thanked the leadership and cadres of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences and those in charge of various programs aimed at developing institutional work in all public service units.

For his part, the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, stressed that strengthening human capabilities is the right path in the process of building and development.

He pointed out that the problem of managing financial resources has remained, over the past period, a dilemma comparable to the process of providing those resources .. Noting that with the political will and sincere national trend, all obstacles and problems will be overcome.
