The mass vigil in Hodeida to condemn the detention of the diesel ship dedicated to electricity

The leadership and employees of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation participated in the massive vigil that took place in the city of Hodeida Saturday 20-1-1444 AH, to denounce the detention of the diesel ship “Golden Eagle”, which is dedicated to the electricity of Hodeida, by the countries of the aggression coalition, and to prevent its entry to the port of Hodeida despite its inspection and obtaining an entry permit from United nations.

At the stand in the presence of the governor of Hodeida, Mohammed Ayyash Qahim, and officials of the service offices, the Foundation’s employees raised banners, chanting slogans condemning the arbitrary measures committed by the countries of the coalition of aggression against ships of fuel, food and medicine derivatives that cause a humanitarian disaster against Yemenis and a violation of the armistice.

They hold the United Nations and the international community fully responsible for these abuses, which aim to increase the suffering of the Yemeni people.

They pointed out that our Yemeni people, in the eighth year of steadfastness, possessed the factors of steadfastness that they did not possess during the previous years in the face of the forces of injustice and arrogance.

The vigil witnessed a large official and popular presence, during which the participants silently condemned the United Nations, which did not take any positive action to curb the maritime piracy of the coalition of aggression and fully fulfill the terms of the agreement to ensure the regular flow of fuel to the port of Hodeida.

They pointed out that the detention of fuel ships is a crime that is inconsistent with the heavenly laws, customs, charters, and international and humanitarian laws.

They stressed that the delay in the arrival of fuel will cause a power outage and aggravate the humanitarian and service situation for citizens.
