The Minister of Transport stresses the importance of redoubling efforts to develop the land transport sector

Transport Minister Amer Al-Marani stressed the importance of redoubling efforts to develop the land transport sector and overcome the challenges imposed by the aggression and siege.

In an expanded meeting of the leadership, cadres and employees of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs , the Minister of Transport urged a sense of responsibility to advance the authority’s performance and expand its activities.

He stressed the ministry’s keenness to upgrade the land transport sector professionally, technically, administratively and financially, pointing out the importance of the cadre’s role in raising the level of performance in the various fields of transport.

He stressed the need to pay attention to training and rehabilitating the Ministry’s cadres, bodies and institutions in order to improve the quality of performance and contribute to the development of the transport sector to play its role in serving the community and alleviating the suffering of citizens.

The meeting, in the presence of the Assistant deputy  of the Ministry of Transport for the Land Transport Sector, Abdul Malik Ali, Vice President of the General Authority for Land Transport Regulatory Affairs Abdul Ghani Al Wali and Head of the Technical Office at the Ministry Abdul Karim Saleh, discussed development and investment plans in the areas of land transport for the current year, projects, programs and activities included in the national vision.
