YRSPC organizes a football tournament for the homeland, Major General Zakaria Al-Shami, in Al-Hodeidah Port
| The Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation organizes the football tournament Major General / Zakaria Yahya Al-Shami Ramadan in Hodeidah Port for the year 1442 AH. The league is competing in its first edition, which continues during the period 20-30 April, and is held on the all-with-all system. Eight teams have been divided into two groups. The first of each group qualifies for the final match. The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation – Musharraf al-Douri – Engineer / Yahya Abbas Sharaf al-Din clarified that the role of the National Deceased, Minister of Transport, Major General / Zakaria Al-Shami Al-Ramadani, comes to commemorate the late Shami. He pointed out that the deceased was keen to activate the sports activities of the corporation and the various transport sectors. He pointed out that the teams were divided into two groups, the first of which is the service, equipment, slide, marine operations and coast guard teams, while the second group includes human resources, containers, transportation and electricity teams.
