A meeting chaired by the Minister of Transport discusses the precautionary measures to confront Corona

A meeting in Sana’a today chaired by Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami discussed measures and precautionary measures to confront Corona 2019.

 

The meeting, in the presence of the Ministry’s Undersecretaries for Financial Affairs, Adel Al-Midani, Maritime and Ports Affairs, Khaled Al-Nimr and the Ministry’s general directors, reviewed government decisions related to reducing the number of employees and setting up contingency plans to tackle the Corona virus.

 

In the meeting, the Minister of Transport affirmed keenness to enhance the precautionary measures and arrange administrative work in a way that contributes to the conduct of the sector’s work in the Ministry.

 

He noted the precautionary measures taken by the Ministry, through sterilization tools and the intensification of awareness-raising work about Corona, ways to prevent it and the importance of continuous hygiene.

 

The Minister of Transport instructed specialists to perform rotations between departmental employees during the next two weeks to conduct business and prevent corona virus.
