A meeting chaired by the Minister of Transport evaluates the progress of work in the Ministry’s office

A meeting in Sana’a today, headed by the Minister of Transport, Zakaria Al-Shami, assessed the level of performance in the ministry’s general office, according to the plan of action for 2020.

The meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretaries of the Ministry for the air transport sector, Abdullah Al-Ansi, Financial Affairs, Adel Al-Madani, Maritime Affairs, Ports, Khaled Al-Nimr, general directors, and cadres of the Ministry’s office, reviewed the work carried out in the administrative, technical, and professional aspects, training and qualification, the extent of work discipline and the accomplishments achieved in various transport sectors.

The meeting touched on the aspects related to organizing the activities and activities of the fifth anniversary of steadfastness in the face of aggression and the establishment of a faith identity and the effectiveness of the anniversary of the martyr leader who will be established by the ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions.

At the meeting, the Minister of Transport considered performance evaluation as a systematic process that contributes to the promotion and development of the various transport sectors .. Noting the importance of reviving the anniversary of the martyr leader and the quote from his career full of giving and sacrifice.

He pointed to the need to revive the passage of five years of steadfastness in the face of aggression, in line with the victories that the army and the popular committees are controlling and the legendary steadfastness of the Yemeni people.

The Minister of Transport stressed the importance of working with the spirit of one team and contributing to developing capabilities and raising technical, technical and administrative competencies for the transport sectors, as contained in the national executive programs for service recovery and recovery 2020 aimed at rehabilitating and developing the transport sectors.

He also stressed that the ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions will organize activities on establishing the faith identity in the community and rejecting false and exotic cultures on the Yemeni people … urging that more efforts be made to activate performance in all sectors, bodies and institutions affiliated with the ministry.
