A meeting headed by Dr. Abu Lahoum to coordinate the entry of ships through the port of Hodeida

A meeting was held in Sana’a, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance, Dr. Rashid Aboud Abu Lahoum, in the presence of the Minister of Transport Amer Al-Marani, to coordinate between the Chamber of Shipping and the Chamber of Commerce to facilitate the procedures for entering ships through the port of Hodeida.

The meeting, which included members of the Chamber of Commerce in the Capital Municipality and representatives of the Chamber of Shipping, touched on the procedures through which all obstacles to the re-flow of various commodities can be overcome through the port of Hodeida.

The meeting affirmed everyone’s readiness to re-import through the port of Hodeida, which would contribute to reducing costs and thus having a positive impact on the prices of goods and services.
