In the meeting, the Minister of Industry and Trade pointed out the necessity of integrating the efforts of everyone in the government and the private and commercial sector to facilitate the flow of goods and goods and to develop solutions to any problems facing that .. pointing out that the government excluded goods and goods in its decisions related to the precautionary measures to confront Corona.

He stressed the necessity of finding a joint coordination mechanism between the concerned authorities to facilitate the flow of goods and products in accordance with the precautionary procedures, conducting the required checks at customs outlets, facilitating procedures and speeding up time, stressing the ministry’s readiness to provide all facilities and overcome difficulties in this aspect.

For his part, the head of the Land Transportation Regulatory Authority discussed the procedures and facilities provided by the Ministry of Transport and the authority to ensure that goods and goods do not delay entry.

He pointed to the importance of intensifying health teams to carry out the examination process for drivers, especially foreigners, in accordance with government decisions.

While the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry called on the capital’s secretariat all the ministries and agencies to carry out their tasks in facilitating the entry of goods and goods and simplify procedures while adhering to the decisions of the government and the Supreme Committee for Epidemic Control.

In turn, the President of the Yemeni Society for Consumer Protection Fadl Moqbel Mansour stressed the importance of standardizing procedures to facilitate the flow of goods and products in accordance with the precautionary measures.

He pointed to the need to generalize precautionary measures in accordance with health standards and a unified mechanism in all security points between cities and directorates in order to facilitate procedures for the transportation of food commodities, medicines, meat and their derivatives between cities and directorates to reduce burdens and costs due to waiting days and these goods being damaged.

He stressed the need to provide the consumer’s needs with regard to food commodities, medicines and available products, and the formation of a joint committee to receive consumer complaints within the emergency response to address the high prices and monopoly.

For his part, the Director General of the Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control stressed the readiness of the authority to provide technical support and facilitate the process of conducting checks that would facilitate the flow of goods and goods .. stressing that there is no quarantine on goods, foodstuffs and goods.

During the meeting, it was emphasized to find a joint coordination mechanism between the concerned authorities represented by the ministries of Industry, Trade, Health, Transportation, Interior, Specifications, Customs, the High Authority for Medicines and the private sector to implement precautionary measures to confront Corona and facilitate the flow of goods and goods and develop solutions to any problems that occur first Powell.
