Anti-corruption receives 38 financial disclosures from the leaders of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority

Today, the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption received 38 financial disclosures by the leadership of the General Authority for the Regulation of Land Transport Affairs, who were included in the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006.

Where the head of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption, Dr. Muhammad Muhammad al-Ghashm, received the second statement of the financial liability of the head of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, Walid Abdullah Qassem Al-Wadei, in addition to the receipt of 37 financial disclosure statements by the Department of Land Transport in the head office And a number of its branches.

After the handover, the Anti-Corruption Commission held a meeting with the leadership of the General Organization for Land Transport Affairs, a meeting, during which the President of the Anti-Corruption Commission stressed the importance of concerted efforts between the authority and all state facilities to combat corruption.

He pointed out the importance of the role of various government agencies in strengthening preventive measures to combat corruption by reporting any financial or administrative imbalances that may occur during the exercise of work.

Dr. Al-Ghasham mentioned the interaction of the leadership of the Land Transport Authority in enforcing the law of financial disclosure as a legal obligation that everyone must implement.

In the meeting in the presence of the two members of the Anti-Corruption Commission, the head of the Prevention and Prevention Committee, Engineer Harith Al-Omari, and the head of the Investigation and Investigation Committee, Muhammad Saif Al-Sharjabi, the head of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority affirmed keenness to strengthen the partnership with the Anti-Corruption Authority, noting that fighting corruption as much as a legal responsibility, as well as National, religious and moral should be taken from all sides, especially in light of the current circumstances the country is going through as a result of the aggression.

Tawfiq Abdul Rasheed Al-Qubati, head of the financial disclosure and combating illicit enrichment department, attended the receipt of the statements.

In a related context, the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption received today the first financial disclosure for the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for the Education Sector, Abdullah Ahmad Al-Naami, and the Secretary General of the Yemeni National Committee for Education, Culture and Science, Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Ribai.
