Conclusion of session No. (1) for reservations and tickets

the Institute concluded its Reservations and Tickets Course No. 1, in which 13 male and female trainees from a number of travel companies and agencies participated.

Over the course of 10 training days, participants in this course received a number of knowledge and skills in the field of the aviation industry, the skills of booking and issuing airline tickets accurately and efficiently, managing reservations, making changes according to need, meeting special travel needs, and solving any problems that may arise.

The closing ceremony was attended by Dr. Mazen Ghanem, Director General of Air Transport at the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Dr. Naji Al-Sahmi, Dean of the Institute, and a number of specialists and department directors at the Institute.
